January 10th I came into the gas station location of 10600 roosevelt blvd saint Petersburg FL 33716. I was offered to buy a 2 for 1 pack of belvita cookies that would give me .10 back towards my fuel rewards. I purchased the cookies with the clerk and the transaction did not go through. She asked that I call or get in contact with shells rewards company about the problem. I then emailed fuel rewards company about the problem and they asked if I could send copies of the receipt and the picture of the offer I sent the pictures... I received an email from the fuel rewards team saying. "Thank you for providing copy of the receipt and screenshot of offer from app. Our records show the following site 10600 ROOSEVELT BLVD N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33716-3802 does not have the Belvita offer available. At this time we are not able to issue any rewards to your Fuel Reward account.Please note not all offers from the mobile Fuel Reward app is available at all Shell Stations.We truly appreciate your participation in the Fuel Rewards Program.
