We are responding to a complaint filed with you regarding a job we did for a Ms [redacted] .We were contracted by Ms [redacted] to paint here homeWe followed all reasonable methodsShe appeared pleased and paid in full. She later complained about some over spray on her roofWe offered to pressure wash the roof as neededShe stated that was not something she wanted us to do.We came to her home the following dayWe washed the areas with a mild detergentShe expressed her satisfactionShe later said she was not satisfied and asked for a partial refund. We gave her such, she expressed satisfaction and said she looked forward to working with us in the futureRecently, we received a communication indicating dissatisfaction, This we surprisingShe said that pine needles were "all over the house"We offered to return at her convenience to review her complaint and remedy and outstanding issuesShe refused to allow us to do so.We remain ready to return to her home and clear up any issues she might have with our work. From her complaint to you it appears she had some shrubs removed that were on the side of her home.We tied back these six foot shrubs and painted as best we could behind themHad we been informed that she was panning on removing them, we would have suggested she do so prior to our painting, as opposed toone month after.I am glad that the problem pertaining to the "pine needles all over the house" is actually one of a six foot area behind the shrubberyI had a fleeting thought that there was some adhesion issue with the home.We remain dedicated to the satisfaction of all our customers, while recognizing that this is not always possible.Your Truly,Mike CiprianoCipriano Painting
I did respond earlier.I sent the complainant $to settle any claims of over sprayShe contacted me indicating her satisfaction with the settlement, then cashed the check.I received a notice via text message a month later that she was unsatisfied with her paint job, after she removed some shrubbery she had adjacent to her home.We offered to come to the home and correct any issue, as a courtesyShe has thus far refused our offer. We pulled the shrubs back and painted behind them, as best as could be.We are always interested in helping our customers but a refund of any further monies is not warranted.Thank you for your attention in this matter.Sincerely,Mike CiprianoCipriano Painting
