Cioppa Asphalt & Seal Coating

Review: [redacted](Cioppa Asphalt) was hired to replace my driveway. I gave him and his cousin([redacted]) $600 for supplies. They came on Saturday October 18 to begin the work. By the end of the day they had only put down asphalt on half of the driveway. They said they ran out of asphalt(they knew ahead of time how big the driveway was.). They promised they would be back the following Monday to finish(I have a contract stating this). I gave them $350 more because they said they needed to pay the workers and kept promising they would be back on Monday. It is Sunday October 26 and they still have not been back. Victor will not return any of my phone calls or text messages. Nobody can find him. The driveway looks terrible. I have a ton of pictures of it. I have given them a total of $950.00. After consulting with another company, it was stated that it wasn't even done correctly and would need to be ripped out to fix it.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back so I can give it to a company that will actually do the job correctly. It is going to cost me a lot more for them to rip out what Cioppa has done and to restart over.
