I received my phone not even a month ago and on the third day I had it I powered it back on and it said that my phone is corrupted and it's not going to work properly. So I contacted them yt no one got back to me and I called them but no one wanted help. So they decided to finally contact me after the 15 th day warranty was up. So now my phone doesn't receive phone or text I can't call out it shuts off when it wants to. And when I finally get to call someone it just hangs up. Customer service is no help I barely can understand them they refuse to replace my phone and when I received the phone I did a back up restore on it and it had other people's information. So it was used. They prey on low income people and that's a shame

Almost 4 months ago I applied for service through Cintex. I have been a Lifeline recipient for many years but was with a different company. For over 3 months, when I received my phone, I have tried to contact customer service. My phone was sent to me without a SIM card. I have called customer service MANY times and despite being transferred to a representative the phone rings on and on forever without being picked up by a rep. To date I have sent 10 emails. The last email Cintex finally sent a service ticket number. I assumed that this meant they were working on my issue. All they had to do is mail me a friggin SIM card! Well after not hearing from them after 6 days I tapped on the chat button in the email. I was redirected to a page error concerning connection and to try back later. I tried every hour, all day long! Even tried different phones and continued to get the error message each time. 4 months without any cell service. I just shake my head! I will cancel my service with Cintex tomorrow. Please take my advice and the advice of the others leaving reviews and run from Cintex as fast as you can. Terrible terrible customer service! I’m also filing a report with Federal Lifeline Assistance Program and the Better Business Bureau.

I try called them many times - customer service representative never said, try email - unable to deliver your messages to the following this address. I try chat - Not Live Chat. Virtual Chat Only. IMS is not registered on network. Mobile Network disconnected. I can't make or receive calls or text messages. My phone service hasn't worked over for week. I don't recommend them to everyone for Lifeline/EBB. Poor Customer Services, they aren't there when you have every issues to resolve with your smartphone and carrier newtork service.

I have been with the company for about a month, they are awful and I asked to upgrade my device. They told me that the phone was free for me and I need to send it back before I can upgrade. I told them fine I just wanted to see what they would say in terms to help me out. They said that they need my debit card number and at that point NO cell phone company asks you for your card information. Everything is automated for a reason for security reasons to keep the customers information safe. This company is based out in India and they are not just rude. They are argummetive . They are a scam. They send the phone that was a beat up iphone 6 and it arrived damaged, I would stay away and the signal sucks. I would pay for phone service instead. This is CRAP

I got a new phone from cintex wireless, and I noticed they changed my phone number. Well they claimed to change it back, however now my phone service hasn't worked since then. I've contacted them every day since and they keep telling me there is a technical problem. So I haven't had cell service for over a month! They have no excuse to give so they keep telling me that they have their technical support department working on it. If you don't need to use this company, I'd definitely not use them. They suck...not just a little, like a lot a lot!

The better phone sounds nice when you first sign up, but Im here to tell you do NOT use this carrier. Straight out of the box your download speeds are capped at 64kbs. They do not allow hot spots or tethering. The speeds remind me of dial-up.

Bad enough Im disabled and cant afford to pay for my own cell service but to have this company do this to you is disgusting. I worked for 45 years of my life ,6 of which were in the military and yes I paid taxes which is what pays for this.

This company is straight up ripping off US tax payers. Im in the process of returning to Assurance Wireless. Might be a cheaper phone with them, but atleast it works properly.

CENTEX WIRELESS Customer Support in is in INDIA and they are SCAMMERS. They wont help me unless I provide my name DOB and last 4 SS#.

I have told him why don't you look me up with my phone number or name or the Ticket ID. I was hesitant to provide SS#..

He raised his voice and said I'm not asking the for the whole number. I HUNG UP and don't need their service.

Well, nowadays you can easily apply for a credit card in an application with your last 4 digits of your SS#, esp they already have your full name and date of birth. YOU CAN ALSO ACCES YOUR BANK BY PHONE WITH THE LAST 4 SS#.

NOTICE only in INDIA for small reasons they ask for SS# and this is the root base for SCAMMERS for the Social Security FRAUD comes from etc. BEWARE!

Never try to buy from them. I think they are stealing people's personal information and not holding up to their part of supplying a phone. I applied 3 times and got a message Enrollment not valid! Which shouldn't have happened if you deducted money out my account. Too many games played here. When I asked y did my enrollment come up as not valid , I was ignored and told they would be refunding my money to my account 7-10 days. They need to be sued!

You people took 79 dollars out my account, tell me don't know about it and to send a ss of bank statement did right then know nothing bs! I'm boutta call every news channel ripping off a government program!

Today is August 1st 2021 I called or rather went on the website for syntax Wireless I waited literally for close to 2 hours I finally get through to speak with an agent Mrs Pamela true which I believe is fake anyway and I'm giving on my name my last four digits of my social security number my phone number my address I'm giving all the information that she needs to look into my account she asked me what the problem was I explained to her and that I need a replacement phone I ordered it since the second day of July and today is August 1st and I have not received a phone the only thing I received was a email which was pretty much garbage to say that a receipt has been created on the 31st of July so I explained all this to her she tells me she's going to look into it I waited 20 minutes on the phone while she was beating me in the head with all these questions that had nothing to do with the phone and I keep getting the same answers and getting nowhere and a total of waiting on line to speak to an agent which was closer to ours then I was on the phone with how close to 40 minutes to get nowhere to ask me to call back tomorrow morning to speak to somebody else on the phone to get further information I never even got the information I was looking for on the first place so pretty much I'm just writing this review to tell you if you ever think or you know anyone that thinks of using cintex Wireless don't it would be the worst and most aggravating waste of money in the entire history of human mankind they are incapable of answering a simple question they are incapable of giving a simple answer they are incapable of doing anything that is somewhat human like they are so programmed to be like a damn computer they might as well I keep getting these pictures of women saying this is the agent just speaking to so so far I spoke to four different supposedly agents with the same name same pictures so send text is one big fat liar kind of government out of their money so they could give worthless not working phones to people that really need them

I called herpes cintex wirelessand had one of the most unprofessional, difficult to understand, rude as person iv dealt with in a long timeim a very polite person, when I finally got to talk to a rep I asked how they were, like I do with everybody but he just paused for a second and repeated again, how can I help uso, I repeated again "nothin serious but how u doin' today" and he answered with n attitude "im fine what I can for u sir" I replied "im fine to thanks for askin" (all in a polite way btw) so then I told him I was simply curious on where in the process my application was because it has been a long time n he claims he cant pull up any information, which is complete bull [redacted] because iv called for the SAME exact reason and got plenty of professional cooperationthe guy I had to deal with times of him hangin up, yes I had a bit of an attitude the second n third time and he knew I was reporting him because I asked his name and id which he gave me however im not sure how accurate it is, he claims to b David B [redacted] ID# [redacted] then I talk to another rep who was really nice and I wanted to praise him while complaining about """david""" and this guy claimed he didnt have a last name or an IDwhoever they sub out the after hours calls to are a [redacted] joke!!
