To Whom It May Concern:I am writing in regards to the complaint that was filed against my business by a *** *** *** ***I was called to the scene, *** *** *** ***, right beside, the *** *** *** ***l, on 10-12-at 3:am, off rotation, by the *** Police Department,
for a car that was stuck in the mudWhen I arrived on scene, police were still there, and contrary to *** *** report, the young lady that was driving *** *** car, was attempting to get it out using floor matsIt was at this time that she stated "I tried everything, even putting floor mats under the tires, but the four-wheel drive does not work." After pulling it from the mud, she asked how much it was going to cost and I stated $95.00, however, she did not have any money and I had to wait minutes until the owner, *** *** showed upShe paid me, and I wrote a receipt and I leftActually, *** *** owes me $28.17, because I did not charge a fuel charge, administrative fee, and the nighttime fee ($18.00)I did not charge the entire amount because I felt bad that they were delivering papers and I figured they didn't have money and I was trying to cut them a break.I am regulated by the S*** *** ***, enclosed I have included my set rates, and if *** *** has a true complaint, I would encourage her to contact themHowever, she will find out from them that she owes ME money
