An internal investigation into our delivered product from Imi was opened up at the request of Mr. [redacted]. Our local Quality Control representative investigated delivered batch weights and visited the site to further investigate. We found Iml had no part in the cause of Mr. [redacted]'s concrete...

cracks. Furthermore, the delivered product was fresh material and Imi did not load on top of old concrete. We responded to Mr. [redacted] both at the local level and corporately to inform him of our decision.Irving Materials, Inc. (ImI) guarantees that all materials used in the manufacture of the concrete provided for the above project meet all applicable ASTM and project specifications. lml guarantees that the concrete provided to the above project will meet the strength requirements of the project. Imi reserves the right to dispute any concrete in question.As installation, consolidation, surface finishing and curing, which control surface durability, are not performed by Imi or in the control of Irving Materials, Inc., surface durability can not be warranted by ImI. Any use of deicer solutions or solids will result in surface deterioration. imi recommends an extensive maintenance plan for all concrete provided.
