(the location of our Inn)Neither did she forward any doctor bills to us which I would have forwarded to our insurance companyShe stayed two nights with us and the injury I believe happened shortly after she checked inShe also didn't advise us of any problems before she leftWe felt she was OKShe has since filed two chargebacks on with her credit card companyThe second right in the middle of my efforts to settle with herI verbally told her I would refund her money if she signed a release from further litigationThis she agreed toI stopped because of the chargeback noticeEach time a chargeback is filed, we are charged $I'm really frustrated because of her continuing actions after we agreedI will refund her money less my costs of the chargeback as long as she agrees this dispute will endThis means no more credit card disputes, no threats of lawsuits, no negative reviews about our business
