I investigated this intensely and also spoke to the customer In summary we don't want him back as a customer he should be in a licensed salon or barber shop with his expectations The following is a statement from the staff member that was present during this time:"I absolutely was- and like I said that was just an awful display of rudeness and he was mad that we didn't cave and agree she was doing poor work- she was doing great just slower- she was doing "student" speed work and very well just not as fast as he would have liked..."His comments during his service put the student in tears! He even made a comment about her "fat" fingers I had an instructor present during his visit In speaking with him; his story is in accurate At the time I looked in our video camera files and verified his story was not what he saidHe stated the instructor was not there to assist or train the student Not true at all He wanted to be in and out of the school and that is something we can't commit to is the time for a service, due to the training that is taking place.Thank You, [redacted] ***

First, I never said anything about the student - When I asked the student had they ever done a Men's scissor cut, she stated "No". After that she became very nervous and her hands started shaking. That is when I asked for another student that might have more experience with scissor cuts, but the instructor refused to do this. Was told it was a school (to bad - no refunds), but when you charge for a service you become a business and with any business you expect a certain level of competency. If this business has video of what happened I would like the opportunity to review this. They are implying that what I said and what I did is inaccurate.Very poorly run business, instructor was very rude.Regards,
