We received a concern from a new patient [redacted] on 8/17/2015 in regards to an issue she encountered when trying to schedule her daughter an appointment. From our understanding, there was a communication error on both parties. Our front desk receptionist at the time was under the... impression that the child was going to be seeing us for a 6 month cleaning. But the mother of the patient was trying to get her daughter in for an emergency appointment at the soonest available date. As we are an extremely busy practice our hygiene is booked 2.5 months out. We did reach out to [redacted] immediately to briefly explain the miscommunication error between the front desk receptionist and herself. We in fact got her daughter in within a few days to treat the patient at our Norwood location.
