On July 1st of 2016, we signed a contract with *** *** - CineProdution in order to hire his photography and video services to cover our wedding event on September 2nd According to the contract (attached in the email in a pdf format), he committed to deliver a complete package with the listed products in the agreement to us within 8-weeks of the eventWe have made full payment of $till date as agreed in the contractAfter numerous attempts of reaching out to him via phone calls/email and text messages, he engaged an editor to get in touch with us after months of waiting, who then delivered us a badly edited full-length wedding videoBecause of the lengthy wait and quality of the product delivered, we requested the editor to with changes listed in an elaborate email conversation (attached)He failed to respond to us and never got back to us with the finished productWe asked him to honor what was promised in the agreement before the remaining balance of $
