I appreciate his willingness to share his views on our business, including customer service and book keeping.I will say again for the record that we sold him a new rifle, and when the customer notified Cimarron of a broken screw, we replaced it immediately.[redacted]Cimarron Firearms
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The broken screw head on my gun is the least of your problems.I'm sure by now any paper trail of my gun ever being in N.J.or ever being sold has been deleted. You should have done that before you re-sold it to me.C.S. dept.employees represent your entire business, they become complacent when left in this position too long, and arrogant when left unsupervised.Everyone calling C.S. has a problem that needs to be addressed and workers become frustrated. In a dept. with 2+ employees a competition of arrogance begins; one worker trying to [out-insult] the other, with the customer at the dirty end of the phone. When I look at my rifle,do you think I'm pleased to own it?When others ask if I like owning it,where do I begin? with the insulting C.S. staff, deceptive sales dept.or careless bookkeeping with serial numbers.Cimmaron FA company looks very shady and foolish Thank you for your attention ...⇄ Regards,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:First of all, a bill of sale was never received. Second I was told by your company that it could be looked up in the computer and it never was. I think it is interesting that as soon as I filed a complaint the receipt was sent over to the gunsmith not even 5 minutes after we hung up the phone. And why was this not done 2 months ago to relieve these issues? As of now the gunsmith has the gun. This will not be resolved until I get my gun fixed and it is repaired to my satisfaction.
