Despite their slogan, they don't care about their customers. They can leave you without internet for days. You have to call them 100 times, they can put you on hold for an hour in hope you go away. Their support is hardly talking English and incompetent. They don't track what they sold to you and when you are cancelling with them - selling you that device again. Their billing department cannot find paid invoice with the proof of sale, you have to find it yourself. When you send them their device, pay for the shipping and provide them with the tracking number, in a week you will be charged for that device anyway (even if you prove that it is delivered) and will not get any refund or response! Avoid them at all cost!

This company has transferred its customer service to India and [redacted] employees do not understand any sitI use to pay in advance my payments whereas since this company have not maintained proper accounting procedure it is completely messed upThey are trying to pay me again for the bill I already payment made [redacted] I never ever had such bad service in my lifeFinally I am getting out of my telephone service

I have problem with Telephone and TV service for the last several weeksThere are too many times I have to call customer service, but most of the chance I was asked to get it fixed with 24-hoursIt was resolved within hours, however, within hours, the problem happened again

I have done some research before I signed on and there were complaints from a few years back and I dismissed it as growing pain of a young companyBut it is true, the ethic and operating model of this company is highly questionableIts customer care runs a tag team to stonewall and frustrate you and it fuels my anger even further I signed on for fttn bundle based on their website promotion of 1, 7, 13th month freeNow, they connected my Internet and then started charging, pay forward vs billing at month end and denied the promotion of 1st month free, asking me to cancel and re-order similar to what I read from other complaints...this is a pattern to ..def...! "Customer is King" only before you sign-on, afterward customer care's responses are unacceptable I am totally disappointed to support and patron this company - JJ
