Stay away from them
I did not even get activated and have spent my weekend arguing with this company about their poor service ,instal and support
Now I'm trying to get my money back arguing even more
Their tag line is customer is king
Ya right
This company ruined my weekend and I'm still not done with them

I have problem with Telephone and TV service for the last several weeks. There are too many times I have to call customer service, but most of the chance I was asked to get it fixed with 24-48 hours. It was resolved within 24 hours, however, within 48 hours, the problem happened again.
This company has transferred its customer service to India and [redacted] employees do not understand any sit. I use to pay in advance my payments whereas since this company have not maintained proper accounting procedure it is completely messed up. They are trying to pay me again for the bill I already payment made
[redacted] I never ever had such bad service in my life. Finally I am getting out of my telephone service.
I have done some research before I signed on and there were complaints from a few years back and I dismissed it as growing pain of a young company. But it is true, the ethic and operating model of this company is highly questionable. Its customer care runs a tag team to stonewall and frustrate you and it fuels my anger even further.
I signed on for fttn bundle based on their website promotion of 1, 7, 13th month free. Now, they connected my Internet and then started charging, pay forward vs billing at month end and denied the promotion of 1st month free, asking me to cancel and re-order similar to what I read from other complaints...this is a pattern to ..def...!
"Customer is King" only before you sign-on, afterward customer care's responses are unacceptable. I am totally disappointed to support and patron this company. - JJ
