My husband has battled with venous hypertension for 2 years now and due to Cigna and their care for their customers, my husband has been unable to have surgery to take care of the issue. Cigna has denied the procedure 3 times over the matter of the last year and half. Cigna has informed us there they "will not cover" anything concerning his issue which is absolutely crazy.
