or exchange after u purchase any meachandise from the store, take some spend some time, until u make a final decision to buy, ps don't try to rush to serve to u, make sure u get right things , when u ready ps let me know, I can help u, finally he took some time & he was ready to purchase same item, he was trying to brought it back after few days, that time merchandise been used, same thing ,I told him before when he came first time, he was kept argu about refund, I told him sorry, store polciey only if it is not right merchandise or defected form company, & this is not that situation , u can get money back, sorry,we can not help u, but as a curtsy, we can do if while u r nice & vauable coustmor,we can do it this time only one time just buy any merchandise today, we give you 30% off only one time for u, he said no , I do not want to buy , I need my money back, we said, sorry sir u can not get refund, & then before he left from our store, he said I am going to make complain to Revdex.com, & Then he left from our store.Sir, we like to do resolve this matter, we had been served same place to our neighbor, since March 2004, we never had, any time, this kind of issue, ps contact me if u have any ?????. Review: Company charging .75 extra to purchase lotto tickets using debit card. The additional fee is for lotto not use of debit card.Desired Settlement: Would like the store to not profit .75 extra for every lotto ticket sold using debit card.

Response:

Business states that all consumers are informed of the 50 cent debit card fee prior to making the purchase. Business states that under California law they are authorized to charge fees as they are charged by the card processing company. The State of California Lottery actually reviewed the matter a couple of years ago. They state that the business owner is under no under obligation to pay consumer gambling fees. Consumer is welcome to pay in cash and no fee would be incurred.
