I bought two pairs of their corduroy pants through Amazon The zipper did not stay up on either pairThey sent me a label to return themThey refunded me the price of the pants but not my original shippingWhen I questioned this, they accused me of returning them unwashed, said that my original email said the zipper did not work, and said I returned without tagsOf course I returned without tags as I had worn them and that's how I knew zippers did not stay upI am appalled on their customer service and their accusations against me I would like my $in shipping reimbursed and logging complaint due to their quality and accusations against me
