I am not sure where you got Bergstrom Ford out of Neenah, WI. I filed a complaint against Rhinelander Chrysler Jeep Dodge out of Rhinelander, WI. I noticed on my paperwork that they also go by Rhinelander Cars, LLC, Highway 47, Rhinelander, WI
