Wrong hair provided to hair stylist to install. Wrong colors, incorrect length, horrible quality they are refusing to refund.
The quality of this hair is absolutely horrible, it was order by my hair lady: HILARY *** with Addison Salon Suites and Grand Salon and it arrived the wrong lengths with two different bond sizes on the different color of hair. My hair was set to be installed Saturday 02/01/2020. She was paid $1400 on 1/17/2020 via Paypal to order Mermaid Hair. She ordered directly from Ciao Bella Hair who she claims is the same distributor of Mermaid hair. I sent her very specific instructions via text regarding what color hair to order and she knew from my previous hair that was placed that it needed to be 24 inches. I arrived to the salon on 2/1/2020 for my scheduled appointment and immediately realized the hair was not the appropriate color. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE HAIR QUALITY WASN'T ANYWHERE NEAR WHAT IT WAS WHEN I HAD THIS SAME HAIR INSTALLED IN 2018 (MY ORIGINAL HAIR LASTED ALMOST TWO YEARS). THERE IS NO WAY THIS HAIR THEY ARE SENDING OUT NOW WOULD LAST MORE THAN 3 MONTHS. The condition was cheap and thin, instead of full and fabulous. I had two colors that should have been ordered dark red, and blonde. What she had there was purple and blonde. I didn't look at the blonde until she got ready to install the hair and realized that the bond is so long that it sticks way out of the microbead. In my experience the hair with bonds that stick out like that get sticky/tacky when they heat up when they are being blowdried and then they stick to your own hair and get the bond everywhere. Then they start pulling out because they aren't glued down under the mircobead. This normally happens with hair purchased cheaply from Sally Beauty for example. This didn't happen with my previous hair that was purchased from the same place. Next issue is the hair was two different lengths, I ordered 24 inch hair. The blonde was 18 inches the purple was 24 inches. My hair stylist advised me she would have my money refunded and would make everything right. That's not the case she's now telling me the owner of Ciao Bella will not refund the money for their inaccuracy and the poor quality of hair. I want to be fully refunded for their error in sending the wrong hair and the poor quality of hair. I wasted a full day driving to the salon only to get there and have to be there for hours and leave unhappy with horrible colored hair and without my hair extensions that I paid $1400 for.
