Cia Engineering

Review: Approximately July 2013 I shipped a hifonics cyclops amplifier to CIA Engineering for repair. I occasionally called CIA Engineering to check on the status of the repair. For about the first month I was told the company was waiting for the parts to fix the amplifier to arrive. I later checked back in, and was told that the amplifier was fixed and ready to ship at the end of the week with the rest of the outgoing amplifiers. After about two weeks I called CIA Engineering again and was told the amplifier was packaged over the 69 pound weight limit and had to come back to the shop to be repackaged to meet weight standards. I called again and was told the amplifier had been repackaged and was out for shipment. It has now been a month later and I have yet to recieve the package or an attempt at a delievery. I have made several phone calls to CIA Engineering asking for a tracking number for the package shipment but ([redacted], the owner) could not provide one. My last conversation with [redacted] at CIA Engineering, I was told he was going to make contact with his eldest son (the one who took the amplifiers to be delievered) to see what he had done with them, and would call me back later. I have not recieved a phone call from the company, and have made several attempts at calling the company again, but no one answered. I have also tried to contact them through the use of their company website, which is no longer available.Desired Settlement: I would like my to recieve my Hifonics Cyclops Amplifier back and fixed as I was orginally promised by CIA Engineering.
