Churchman's Car Wash

Review: I visited the Churchman's Car Wash on 12/19/14. I paid and entered the garage. The car wash sprayed soap on my vehicle and then a blue piece fell from the ceiling and hit my driver's side mirror and then the car wash just stopped. I drove out of the car wash with my car covered with soap only to notice that the my drivers side car mirror paint was scraped by the object that fell. I called the phone number on the outside of the building ([redacted]) while still in the parking lot and spoke to a women who took my name and number and told me someone would contact me. I didn't receive a call. I called back again on 12/22/14 and spoke to another women who stated that she wasn't sure why I didn't receive a call back and took my information again. I again did not receive a call. I called back again on 12/29/14 and spoke to another women who told me that she was just an answering service and that she didn't have any idea who I even needed to contact to get this issue resolved. I wasn't refunded my money for the wash and now have a damaged vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and to be compensated for the damage done to my vehicle.
