Guest booked her own reservations online and not with the hotel. The two reservations that were cancelled were booked and cancelled by the guest [redacted] at a Rate of $299.00 per night. She originally only booked 8 [redacted] reservations not 10 and unfortunately we are not able to offer...

any more discounts at that rate. Due to contractual agreements with 3rd party booking sites we are unable to cancel or make changes to resevations booked, all inquiries must go through the booking party. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.
