in less than one day, I was not satisfied and requested a refund they refused. They are a LLC located in California but all the technical support is an India and the people all have pseudo American names given to them by the company.
Their search engine is called Qikfox. I bookmarked my local bank and treasury direct.gov. When I go into the sites I am blocked. Their solution is to file a report. I have filed several reports on the same bank and still I get blocked. Qikfox is a beta version. I am able to get into Gmail and Amazon. The sites that I get on are very limited. Of course I have not had any virus with this new system. However, it is very limiting in what you can do. For example, if I want to open up an email it does not open it up. It slows down my computer and it’s basically a rip off. I paid $279 for three years plus of support. I have stoped using this and I’m using a Mac that doesn’t have all these nonsense problems.

yes this lady called me about a litter comming up and yes we did have a litter off fawn pupsshe sent in her order form with deposit, but then a week later before pups were even born she declined about her order and all she said is that is didn't want to do business with me and had changed her mindi sent her different litters pictures of fawn pups I had avaliablei do have months to fill orders, this lady refused both selections of litters so YES I will refund her deposit off she put downit will be in oct before I can send it out but she will be repaid her deposit but I want sell her a dog [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Ms [redacted] facts are incorrect I emailed a simple order form on December 18th, for a litter of puppies I was told would be born the week of December 21st In fact, she requested that I overnight the deposit to her because she had had "calls regarding that particular litter of puppies." I have emails I sent to her between December 26th and January 2nd, to which she failed to respond, asking her if the puppies had been born Her failure to respond to any of my inquiries prompted me to contact her via telephone, at which time she told me "It was a pregnancy; the pregnancy did not take." Due to her dishonesty about having a litter due the week of December 20th, on FEBRUARY 17TH, I emailed Ms [redacted] requesting a full refund of my deposit; I have a copy of the email I sent her in February, which verifies her claims are untruthful.Ms [redacted] continues to claim she has a specific period of time to produce a puppy NOWHERE on the order form I submitted to her, of which I still have a copy, did it say anything about this nor did it say my deposit was non-refundable Furthermore, I placed the order in December of 2015; it is now September 8th, and regardless of any of that, I do not want a puppy from this woman; thus, she has absolutely no reason to keep my deposit Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry but none of this statement from this lady is truei told her I only had bull mastiff pups at this time and didn't have a litter of old english mastiffsuntill latershe said ok but I did tell her I had a lot of calls for old english mastiff pups and I did already have some paid deposits for the up comming pups to be bornnow this lady sent in a deposit, then with in a week she e=mailed me and said she didn't want to do business with me at all, for what reason I don't knowshe demanded her deposit back, I told her then I would have litters born and would send her pictures of them so she could see if there was one she liked, she said no, I have changed my mind and I don't want one I will refund her deposit, and I want sell her a pup in the future eaitheri think she is a set up deal from a nother breeder to give me trouble But as I said , I am just now having litters born this month and next and I will see she gets her deposit back and also send you a copy of the transaction that this is done I do have a lot of happy customers that do like our service and our dogs, it is a sad thing that there is so much jealiousy in this type of business and back stabbing she will get her refund, I am going threw a low slump period at this time and don't have the funds to send her now but I will with in the next month *** harris

I do have 6 months to fill orders, this lady refused both selections of litters.  so YES I will refund her deposit off 400.00 she put down. it will be in oct 2016 before I can send it out but she will be repaid her deposit but I want sell her a dog.  [redacted]
