I'm always looking for the best companies to provide services for my home For my plumbing needs, I have found that company in Day and Night They recently replaced the shutoffs and lines for my utility sink The technician, Troy, did such a great job I requested him for another job to replace my kitchen faucet He was very knowledgeable and completed the work on both jobs quickly There was an issue with the kitchen faucet due to a manufacturing flaw and Troy returned to replace the faucet with a new unit provided by the manufacturer He was very neat and professional on both visit He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the work before he left I will most definitely use this company for my future plumbing needs
What an amazing experience I just had with the whole crew at Day and NightIt all started when my year old AC unit stopped workingI immediately reached out to my Uncle Ricky who is a Repair man for Day and NightHe quickly diagnosed my situation over the phone and mentioned that the repairs would be expensive and that it would be best to get a new unitSo he set me up with Corey a Salesman from Day and NightCorey came out the next day and made sure that we were well taken care of, he measured the home and then laid out all of our optionsHe is courteous, patient and explained every little detailDay and Night offered us months interest-free financing and we absolutely needed it with the heat wave coming and no money in our pocketsThe application process was so simple and the team helped us through it every stepAfter selecting the Trane xl16c and thermostat all we had to do is pick a day to installTony and John where the installers for Day and Night, they showed the urgency to get the job done immediately but also were very easy to talk to with any questions I hadIt was awesome to see how Day and Night works with other companies like Smiley crane, the individual that delivered the AC unit all the way down to the individuals picking up the old unitTony and John were here just over three hours and it came out perfect from the cover-ups they did on my roof (because I went from a gas unit to a heat pump) to explaining the new thermostat and configurationOverall, my family is grateful for day and night air conditioning and we will make sure we share our story so others can have the same high-quality customer service thank you guys!

I was pleasantly surprised at all of the people that was involved with the purchase and install of my a/c unit they also seemed to be one step ahead of my questions with of course the best answer and very positive attitudes it's kind of funny when you ask a tech to go back up on the hot roof to recheck the speed and he goes up there with a smile not grumbling thanks that makes my day because it's was done right away I hope he gets a raise!!!
Ron from Day and Night Air Conditioning serviced our air conditioner on August The air conditioner was working but blowing warm air Ron called to let us know he was on his way, and arrived during the scheduled time frame Ron was able to quickly locate the problem and replaced the kick start kit and added freon He took extra time to explain in detail the problem and how he would fix it, showing me quoted prices for the replacement parts in the company 3-ring binder Ron was knowledgeable, personable and professional at all times We have used Day and Night Air Conditioning for years and have always had a good experience I would highly recommend Day and Night Air Conditioning

Josh, Ronnie and Adam installed my new HVAC system today I couldn’t be happier They were on time, polite and very conscientious during their install, from taping down drop cloths, picking up and disposing of all debris and the old unit to making sure everything was as they found it Great company to work withHighly recommend

Ron, from the EIndian School Rd store was my service man Ron was so very polite, Answered all my questions about my Air conditioner He even found a water leak problem in my house that I've been trying to find for about yrsI've had roofers, contractor & even another air conditioning co that couldn't find it Ron even fixed the pipe which is part of the air conditioner that was full of dirt, so the overflow water was dripping in the house Now that's service from a man that knows his job!!
