Chumash Casino Resort

Review: I'm filing in complaint of the Chumash Casino. They recently called me a liar even though I showed evidence that I had lost a substantial amount on August 14-15th. Their own records shows them paying me for over 14 thousand from Slot machine hand pays, but they only reported that I had bought in and lost 1700. This is a gross under statement of my losses. I actually lost more than the 14 thousand that they paid me but for some reason they don't have that in their records. To me this is obviously them cooking the books and under stating my losses for their own tax gains. Of which I'll have to pay for come tax time. This is obviously criminal. I know they have my play on camera so I asked for them to play it back to prove my claim but they refused. They were extremely rude and unwilling to help me in any way.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix my records to reflect my actually losses. I don't want to take a tax hit because of their criminal activity. My actual buy in for August 14-15th was well over 20 thousand. If they claim that I didn't lose that amount then I want them to check their cameras for the $12000 that I misplaced at their casino and I want them to refund that to me. Either cash or double that amount in casino credit.
