I am sorry we were not able to help you on our service call on Tuesday, December 11, 2015. Our service call was, indeed, to install a common wire between your [redacted] thermostat and your boiler. Our service technician, [redacted], found that there was no access to install the wire as recommended by...

[redacted]. It was his opinion that there was nothing wrong with your [redacted] thermostat but that there were other issues with your system. I am sorry that we were not able to help you out. I am returning your check # [redacted] for $ 150.00.
