Review: I was quoted a price. Agreed to price. He asked for 1/2 of the money for materials. He came back and looked over the work to do again and said he made a mistake on pricing the job, it would be a lot more. I said that's too much. I want my deposit back. He said fine. Ever since I have been calling, leaving messages, having other people call and leave messages. No luck. I am out $350.00.Desired Settlement: For him to mail me my money.

Review: [redacted] was hired in January to rip down our old deck and put up a new one. He gave us a price which we paid in full. He ripped down the old deck( but left it all in my yard) and put up some on the new deck.The work he did so far is awful. The nails are already rusting, there are not enough supports, and it's not done. He will not answer the phone when we call him. Also, he didn't show up the last 3 times he was supposed to be at our house. Er are very upset and feel taken advantage of. Please help usDesired Settlement: To fix what is already put up by adding the proper supports, clean up the yard , and finish the job. All the things he was hired to do.
