We purchased a rustic lg. windmill from Chuck Wagon Western Store for a little under $400. My husband went to put it together he notice parts were missing. He call the Norman store and was told they would look for the missing parts.- never received a call back. He called several time still no return call. We decided for the money would buy a couple parts and try to make it work. He got it put together 01/07/19 Sunday, following morning I noticed 2 of the fan blades came unsoldered. I called the Norman store on 01/08/2019. I spoke with a woman named *** and explained our issue. She became short and rude, she told me she packed the box and there was no missing parts, and there is no refund, warranty, or replacement – I explained again parts were missing, and I asked to speak to her manger she advised she was the manager. I asked if I could speak to someone above her and she told me she would not give out that information. I asked for her last name she told me “just ***” I asked as a customer what can I do, She gave me an email add. and told me to send pictures. I sent an email along with photos the same day. My email tried to del. 3x with no success. I tried to call the store back with no success. 01/09/2019 I called the Shawnee Store spoke w/ *** who was very pleasant. He took my information and told me he would get back with me later but, same day. He left me a voice message stating “a new one is on the way and we will swoop it.” I called the Shawnee store on 01/28/2019 I spoke to a women and she advised that the new windmill was at the store but, if it is easier they could send it the Norman store for pick up. We agreed on Thursday 01/31/2019 to exchange the windmill at the Norman store ,it was much closer. We went to exchange and *** refused to make the exchange. I tried to share the voice message, she would not hear it she spoke with *** the owner and he advised He would get with the manufacture and, he would call us back -still waiting-
