Chuck Hancock's Plumbing

This plumber arrived one hour early to my job site and left at exactly the appointment time, not a minute later. I arrived five minutes later and he was gone telling me that I was late so he left. I find this unprofessional and unforgiving. He had a major attitude as well. This is not acceptable to me.

Review: On October 8, 2013, we called Chuck [redacted]k Plumbing to fix a handle on ourtoilet. He replaced everything inside the toilet tank, but did not fix the handle. The toilet bowl made loud noises like starting to empty water every half hour.Mr W[redacted] returned, left saying toilet was fixed and we had to call him four more times. Noise continued 24 hours a day. The 5th time we called him to say toilet had not been fixed, he ignored our 3 calls to him and never answered phone call or returned to correct problem. We had to call another plumber who was able to fix it for $90.00. We think Mr [redacted]k should refund some of our money since he was unable to fix it. We paid him with Check #4103 for $85.00. Mr [redacted]k did not provide us with a receipt. Thank you for any help you can give us in getting a refund forwork not completed or fixed.Desired Settlement: We would like to have a refund for Mr H[redacted] being unable to fix our toilet and ignoring our 5th call to repair it.
