We received the complaint filed by *** *** regarding a propane delivery at *** *** *** Deming Washington.We initiated trying to get this account set up on November 17th 2016, by emailing the people a creditapplication and a propane tank lease.On December 21st customer called
and stated they had not received the information.We resent the information to establish an account for the second time.December 28th the customer called to see if account was set upThe paperwork was in process.The individual did not like our credit terms or delivery schedule and told us to shred the application and come pick up our tank after becoming verbally abusive to my staff.I had a service person working in the area and instructed him to pick up the tank per customer request on his way back to the bulk plant.There was no measurable product left in the propane tank to issue a credit.Typically there is a $per hour labor charge for picking up a LP tank which we waived in this case
