Review: Contractor performed 95% of the work stated on contract. Once final payment was made contractor never showed up to complete the rest of the work stated on contract. Wrong material was also used to finish off a window trim, a replaced was promised but never fulfilled. Numerous phone calls ignored. Text messages are responded within the next business day. Always promised to come the next day but some how can not make it (health issue or transportation issues arise). I've saved all text messages for proof if I may upload them somewhere onto this complaint I will.Desired Settlement: For contractor to complete the job. if contractor can not or will not complete the job please provide a refund amount of what it will cost to complete the job. I will provide a written contract from a different contractor and will provide a receipt of payment in order to get reimbursed for the exact amount paid to the new contractor.

Athis time, I have been contacted directly by Chrystola Tile regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because

Nobody came to fix the outstanding issues. [redacted] promises to come week after week but never shows up. Contact has ended as of 4/**/2014. It has been over 28 weeks since final payment was made and at this time I am not confident [redacted] will come back to finish the job. Will not pay cash next time.
