In response to the customer that feels mis lead, the mailer clearly states that you have won one of the prizes listedIt does not say that anyone has won 25kThe ODDS of winning are clearly listed and also have insurance purchased for all prizes except the two dollar bill prize that was automatically handed out at the dealershipWe would have loved for any of the grand prize winners to show up to the event and we would have gladly filled out the claim form and gotten a check issuedThe odds of winning 25k were in 70,which are very good oddsThe only winning number on their mailer was for the $PRIZE which was 69,out of 70,invitations mailedAttached you will clearly see that the flyer was in no way misleadingI will be happy to sit and go over the entire piece with whomever needs clarification Respectfully, Roger J [redacted] General Manager Car Pros CJDR, RENTON

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not been contacted by anyone! That is NOT true! Notice the future tense of "going to offer..."However, if they genuinely intend to provide a refund they can provide the "revised" outstanding balance and I will write a new check for that amount as payment in full which I will hand deliver when I receive my vehicleThis will save time and effort and minimize continued conflictLet's get this over with!!Plus, there is no mention of the other component - installation of the HID lights and delivery of my vehicleI want them to complete installation of the HIDs, as stated in their "Due Bill" and to provide a warranty for the work they perform! I reached you to Mrs *** and offered her a refund for the diagnostics. The lifetime oil change program she has is through *** Dealer Auto group it was not a *** or a *** program I have offered her free oil and filter changes with the refundBut we can’t honor a

Attached are the Auto Checks on the vehicle when sold and current as of 03/02/2016. There was not any damage listed then or Now. We we be more than happy to Upgrade the customer into a Newer or similar vehicle based on current values. We have reached out to our customer and await a

We would have loved for any of the grand prize winners to show up to the event and we would have gladly filled out the claim form and gotten a check issued. The odds of winning 25k were 1 in 70,000 which are very good odds. The only winning number on their mailer was for the $2 PRIZE which was 69,995 out of 70,000 invitations mailed. Attached you will clearly see that the flyer was in no way misleading. I will be happy to sit and go over the entire piece with whomever needs clarification.

I would need the Customers name in order to look up the actual deal.  We also employee translators to assist when customer don't understand or speak english.  With that said we would be more than willing to refund the [redacted] purchase especially if it has not been installed yet. If it was...

a cash deal the refund would go to the customer, if financed it will be sent to the lender.  We have tried to contact their daugther on 11/25 and 11/27/2015 however both attempts have been unsuccessful thus far.  Please have the buyers come in to the store and fill outr cancellation contract for the [redacted] discribed.
