Contacted [redacted] on 3-**-14. Reviewed complaint with [redacted] and advised customer that his complaint involves Chrysler Corp. not the dealer. [redacted] alleges vehicle stalls and with an online web search found a NHTSA case which he believes addresses his vehicles issue, and after contacting Chrysler Corp was denied any assistance. The vehicle in question has never been to Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Warwick for this concern.

Review: My son bought a car which was advertised as Reliable and Sturdy . Engine problem 3000 miles and 3 months later. Got prep sheet from dealer which states This car has Alot of problems and should be wholesaled.Was never told about the cars problems. Now is in vw garage with engine problem and trying to get dealer , Warwick Chrysler Jeep to fix car. Keep getting the run around. I also paid 3000 dollars for there extended warranty which im waiting to see if it is used. Need help from someone to help my 18 yr old son who was sold a car on a fraudulent basis.
