Dear Mrs [redacted] , I greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you The promotion we sent out offered many different types of winners whereas their was even a $25,prize However, the flier and Id were required to accompany you to our dealership where the flier had a number on it that was matched to the winning number sheets posted all over the dealership This was no gimmick and we would have loved for you to win a larger prize however you did win a $lotto ticket and a $Walmart gift card It is against the rules of the promotion to tell you the winning number over the phone as you are required to verify it in personAgain, I greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused youBest Regards, Joel O***, GM

I am rejecting thier response because they use deceptive means to get people to come to their dealership. I realize it was an outside lender running the program but,  the dealership is aware of how they are doing the program. I know I'm not the only one that considered this under handed. I would never trust a dealership that resorts to tricking people in the door.  They can count me out as a customer now. .
