Customer was refundedThere was no place on the portal to activate the license because that is what the manufacturer is responsible for now Retailers beware as this is one of those customers that is never happy even after I promised to fix the issue for free

I am rejecting this response because: I paid 99.00 to recorders.com so they could renew my license. I sent an attachment to show I paid...
the $99.00 fee. The issue of paying a retailer is absurd and has nothing to do with the real issues. For them to say I should check with a retailer is nonsense. They have informed me that they will try and address the issue if I withdraw my claim. That is nonsense. I have no problem paying the 99.00 to have the service and to address the issue that recorders.com did in fact "make it work". If I try to reregister with recorders.com, I am told that I am registered already. Their response id inaccurate and false.
