Review: I purchased a pair of shoes from this company on 5/**/13. The shoes I received should of had a 3 inch heel but didn't. Once I received the shoes I contacted the merchant immediately for a refund or exchange. The company gave me the run around and told me to contact LivingSocial for a refund. After contacting LivingSocial they told me to contact the merchant directly for a refundDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for this item including shipping charges.

I'm sorry that you didn't think the shoes had a 3 inch heel. Did you measure the shoes from the back instead of the middle of the heel? That is usually where the heel height is measured in the industry and that is how we measured it. Regardless, I'm sorry that you did not like your shoes.

As much as I would like to help you, you purchased a LivingSocial voucher to pay for this, and if you recall, you paid LivingSocial, not us. We never received any money directly from you and because of that are unable to refund something we never received. Again, I apologize, but we are unable to refund you because we never received payment from you. LivingSocial is the only one that can refund you since they received your payment, so please contact them.

Additionally, I just checked our records and you have not returned the shoes. Although we are not LivingSocial, I think that they will be unable to refund you for the shoes unless you return them.

If you would like a refund, please return your shoes and contact LivingSocial as they are the only ones who can refund you since they accepted the payment from you.

If you would like to discuss this further, I am happy to talk to you about it and try to come up with some sort of resolution, but unfortunately, any sort of refund will have to come from LivingSocial.
