I spoke to [redacted] and apologized for the delay. we have been so bogged down with registering people and training. the problem was that he kept calling the front desk we were getting his messages along with the tons of others, and didn't get around to calling him.  He should have come into...

 our office physically  and we would have taken care of the matter. He told me he wanted to make sure that we were in the office before coming in, he didn't want to waste his time, so he just called us. I scheduled [redacted] to come in and we will take care of him and get his classes. after monday 5/25/2015 the matter will be resolved

Revdex.com: well I'm happy that they finally called. It had to take them being reported to finally get in contact. And  I'm not goin to waste my time coming in when their not there so I always call before I go and somehow their not there. But I talked to company and after Monday their should be no problems. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
