Complaint[redacted] builders built an addition on my house at [redacted] this summer. when the work was completed we noticed that all 6 windows that were installed do not seal or lock.also there is a large crack in the one piece shower they installed and no heat installed in the lower level of the addition. these complaints were pointed out to [redacted] when he came for payment and he promised to fix these problems. We have now been waiting almost 2 months and the first couple of times we called we were told someone would be up that week on thursday or friday, noone ever showed up.The next 3 phone calls were not returned at all.Ten days ago I e-mailed [redacted] thru the Revdex.com website and he did call me on monday promising to get back to me by wednesday. That was ten days ago,so I take it we are being blown off again. Not being able to seal or lock these windows makes me unable to secure my house. I paid [redacted] XXXXX dollars for this job and feel he is taking advantage of an 80 year old woman and her disabled son who lives with her.LL we want is for [redacted] to honor his contract as we feel we paid for windows that seal and lock,a shower without a big crack and a heating duct in the cellerDesired SettlementWe would like all windows to seal and lock right,a shower without a crack and a heating duct in celler as paid forBusiness Response All windows were installed correctly. The customer simply did not know how to operate them. Customer is all set with that issue. Also, minor scratch in shower area was repaired. The heating contractor has been contacted and has agreed to complete this extra work for customer that was not part of the contract agreed upon.
