no obligation to stay a second night in "such a poorly run hotel" and therefore we will only refund the first night's stay. I did verify many hotels in the Santa Fe area did have vacancies for the night of 7/9 as of the morning of the same day and therefore options were available. I stand by our hotel's reputation as a clean well run establishment as backed by thousands of customer surveys.
