I am rejecting this response because:I left a message on the number they provided, I st rated I wanted an email sent to me so I could detail and attach documents to the supervisor No email has been sent to meThey kept calling during my work hours
I have reached out to our online customer support team and they will be issuing [redacted] a refund of her return postage that she paid. This will take 4-7 business days to process through her account.

We have removed the customer's address from our system. The customer's name was in our system as *** *** not *** ***. We did not see any previous contact from Ms*** asking to be removed from our mailing list. Going forward, Ms*** will not receive any direct mail
