To whom it may concern,
I had scheduled Mr. [redacted] for an install on November 16th at 10am. On the morning of the 16th I received a voice mail from Mr. [redacted]'s wife stating she had to reschedule due to her flight. On the morning of the 17th Mr. [redacted] called me upset and stated that I had missed his appointment. I informed him of the voicemail that I received from his wife stating that they had to reschedule the appointment and he mentioned that her flight wasn't until Saturday the 21st. I apologized about the miscommunication and tried several times to reschedule with Mr. [redacted], however he refused to give me a direct response as to if he wanted to reschedule.

She was waiting at home all day. She had no airline flight what so ever that day. It is not my fault that the owner is not able to keep his appointments straight.
