Product that I purchased was misrepresented I purchased tanning bulbs and was told they were the same as the High Velocity Bulbs and quoted a price I also purchased an acrylic from her She quoted a price and said that I would have to pay extra for the acrylic, because it was an extra long one After picking up the items and returning home with them I discovered that the bulbs were not what she represented them to be She purchased them at each with free shipping and charged me each That was, if I am correct a percent mark up I understand her making a profit but I feel that is an outrageous amount and the acrylic She charged me over for it and she only paid a few dollars over with free shipping I feel like she took advantage of me I called and left a message detailing my dissatisfaction and the fact that I felt taken advantage of and I also sent her a message via facebook The only reply I received from her was "I am sorry you were not satisfied Have a blessed day"
