pursuant to the complaint received from [redacted] to tho Revdex.com this Is my responseOn 10/25/at 10:AM I met with [redacted] at the sale location, [redacted] Dr, Eugene Oregon, to receive keys and go over last minute details of Items not to be soldI proceeded with preparation for the sale which included cleaning a significantly dirty home, putting aside personal papers, family pictures, her sons coin collection and removing two pickup loads and a trailer full of garbage from the interior and garage of the homeAll Items that Ms [redacted] did not want sold were marked not for sale Ms [redacted] was provided a copy of the contract on 9/15/All items at the sale location were sold at fair market value based on their conditionI do not provide an itemized accounting of Items sold and there was no written or verbal agreement to do so Ms [redacted] has stated that I refused to respond to her communicationAfter numerous harassing text messages daily from Ms [redacted] up until 11:pm, I have chosen not to respond to her harassmentMs [redacted] has stated that one chair from her dining room set was disposed ofThe said chair was broken and in complete disarrayAfter consulting with a furniture repair person the chair was deemed un repairable and would bring the value down from the dining room set that was being sold Ms [redacted] states that her house was a mess when she returned on November 6thThis statement clearly confuses me as I received a text from Ms [redacted] stating how lovely and nice her home looked when she returnedI have witness to account of the clean condition I left hrr home In after the completion of the estate saleThe home was vacuumed, swept, mopped and cleanedMs [redacted] requested on November at 11:AM, that I remove all contents after the estate sale completionI stated to her that I do not remove contents and suggested for her to contact a charity of her choiceI never asked to borrow her dolly/handtruck as I have my own Ms [redacted] has stated that I have stolen money and items from her, this is a statementI do not stealI have been a member of this community for years I conduct estate sales to help people in various times of difficultyTo accuse someone of this is slanderous malicious and completely false I approach each client with understanding and upmost respect in the difficult yet necessary process of liquidating their personal assetsMy goal is to provide honest, courteous, and quality services to our clients Respectfully,Christina C***
