I am rejecting this response because: This is fraud. I was quoted a price by a employee of the company. I have and will continue to write very honest reviews about this company and also discuss this issue with my attorney. The comment "It is not the practice of team member other than that of our Business Services Department to provide price or other cost information to patients." It happened, regardless of if it were the 'practice'. I want this line item removed from my bill or changed to the appropriate price, which I was quoted.  Seeing how it has been less than a year, I can also return the brace for a refund/credit issued to the account.
