Review: I ordered a "our father" bracelet on August [redacted], 2015. It seemed have went fine, I received a receipt for my purchase emailed to me. As of today, September [redacted], 2015, I have not received my item. I attempted to contact the business. I filled out the online contact form since there is no telephone listed. I have not heard from the business, it has been over one week since I filed out the form.Desired Settlement: I either want the item delivered immediately, or I want a full refund.

Review: This is a shady online retailer. The junky, cheap products you receive in the mail look nothing like the high quality products that are displayed online. I ordered a back pack for my male, adult nephew for Christmas but when it came in the mail it was so small it looked like it was for a toddler! When I emailed the company (since there was no phone # listed to call them) they encouraged me to return the item and the money would be refunded back to my credit card. Well, I returned that backpack to their office, even paid for the shipping fees myself, and my credit card was never refunded. When I emailed them about it, I was told that they received the product in the mail and would refund my credit card in 3 days. They never refunded me and then they stopped replying to my emails altogether. I would tell other consumers to steer clear of [redacted]. They practice unethical business and apparently do not value their customers. I am so disappointed with the product I received and then the empty promise to refund my money. I returned the product and got nothing back! They just disappeared.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. I returned their product. It wasn't even that expensive but it's a matter of principal. You don't tell a customer that they can return a product for a full refund if you don't plan on refunding them. That's not right!
