Christian Gideon Photography

My husband and I used Christian for the photography for our wedding October 6, 2018. We signed a contract for the pictures themselves as well as for albums for ourselves as well as two parent albums. We paid him upfront in full for all services. He completed the photography and delivered us our proofs in a timely manner. However we have still not received any of the albums as detailed in our contract. We have contacted him multiple times over the course of 6 months via text, voicemail and email. He either does not respond at all or responds with a deadline that he then fails to meet. We are devastated as we have not received any of the three promised albums we have paid for. We are extremely disappointed by the level of unresponsiveness and seemingly lack of care to deliver our product. We discourage anyone from using him for their wedding.
