I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The only attachments received were those related to the non-refundable tuition. Correspondence from either [redacted] or [redacted] were not viewable. I readily admit that I did sign those two written non-refunadable forms, but do not have knowledge of the electronic submission form attached. Let me again re-iterate at this time that CELA committed fraud by alleging that the school was accredited, and I never would have sent my son there had I known the school was not accredited. When I signed the written forms indicating that the deposits (not tuition) were not refundable, I did so under the belief that the school was accredited. As you have seen here, [redacted] has tried to come up with creative ways to attempt to fool you (and others) to demonstrate that a signed check to WRISA means the school is accredited. They are only in the candidacy phase, and at the time I wrote to WRISA, WRISA only indicated that the school expressed interest in accreditation, and was in fact, not accredited. In addition to that, the school/[redacted] told me my son could not return to the school after and on the same day that I requested to speak to their School Board. I did not voluntarily choose to withdrawn my son. They withdrew my son without any legitimate reason and kept the tuition money I paid before the school year concluded. Their actions have been incredibly careless and reckless. They do not care if they harm children in the process. They are a school trusted to care for and educate children, yet have demonstrated complete and utter disregard for that responsibility. I have made multiple attempts to try and resolve this with the School Board, which I have come to find out, only actually consists of a staff member who is the daughter of the owner- and the owner. I have been in contact with Channel 4 Call for Action; Ms. [redacted] has refused to respond to their calls. In turn, Channel 4 has referred me to you, the Revdex.com. In addition, they have referred me to their Channel 4 I-Team, a list of elected officials, and have also recommended seeking legal action to get this tuition payment back. Even my bank attempted to intervene on my behalf and requested repayment of the funds. [redacted] (in the presence of [redacted]) has gone so far as to threaten my career for speaking up and saying something; I am attaching a copy of my LinkedIn profile views, where [redacted] was attempting to view my online profile. CELA, my fight will not stop until you refund my tuition money. You can either decide to abide by moral and ethical norms and refund the tuition paid at a fair amount, or I will continue to contact those individuals and organizations that I have been referred to. I will continue to keep WRISA informed of all communications regarding this manner, which is an incredibly poor reflection of your school and your administration- and the manner in which you conduct your business. You can either do the right thing right now, or we can continue down this path.

As previously stated, CELA lied about its accreditation status. Had I known the school was not accredited, I would have never enrolled my son at the school. CELA disenrolled my son- I did not disenroll him. They disenrolled him without cause. I am enacting my rights as a consumer which includes seeking a refund of tuition and deposits made, and filing complaints until the issue is resolved. CELA is not above the law. While they clearly have no moral or ethical code they abide by, as evidenced by the last attachment and the tone of their response, I still contacted the Revdex.com on their behalf to request an extension for them, as they cited a family emergency as the reason as to why they couldn't respond. [redacted] CELA needs to be held accountable for their actions and I again seek the Revdex.com's assistance in resolving this matter.
