The Homeowner had a flood in their mobile home, the source being a pressurized water supply line
The scope of work and procedures for drying the home were discussed and agreed to by the Homeowners insurance company
The Homeowner has been paid in full by their
insurance company based on the invoice sent to them by Christian Brothers for the Flood Remediation work that was done
I have made several attempts to explain to the Homeowners their own insurance company had no problems with the dry out of their property and that is why they paid our invoice in full
Based on the Homeowners refusal to pay for the work that was done, Christian Brothers had no other choice but to place a lien on the property
