Mr[redacted] originally brought his car in with
engine issuesOur technician recommended that we rebuild the engineThe
repair was completed and the vehicle was delivered to Mr[redacted]Several days
later, the vehicle returned with an oil leakWe provided a rental car for Mr
[redacted]
It was determined that the oil pressure was too
high, causing the rear main seal to failWe made several attempts to correct
the issue, but determined that the best course of action was to replace the
engine
The engine was replaced and the vehicle was
returned to Mr[redacted] on Friday, September 24th
We have apologized to Mr[redacted] for the length of
time it took to correct the issue, and continue to evaluate our procedures so
this does not happen again
