We started out looking to repair an evap cooler... and ended up with a new AC system. Christian Bros was ready to repair a unit that was beyond its useful life but gave us their honest assessment that it was not fiscally wise. We could have said goodbye and just carried on with our existing AC unit, but we didn’t. We went with CB due to reviews that we had read and from the first tech to the final install team, it was a great experience. Ricky and Robert completed the installation... and we’re simpl, great.

Thank you Christian Brothers... we wiggly recommend to anyone that is sitting on the fence in their decision process... you won’t be sorry with CB!

I called Christian Brothers for a preventive maintenance check-up on my 2 condensing units and 2 air handler units. I was quoted $49.95 for each system for a total of $99.90.
One air handler unit capacitor had a low reading. I instructed Paul to replace it while he was at the unit. (It was a simple 2 terminal snap-in application).
I was billed $292 for this service. ($292 minus $99.90 = $192.10).
I was charged $192 for an air handler capacitor GE# ***.
This capacitor is $9 on ***.
I really feel like I was, "excuse the expression," taken for a ride.
Unfortunately, I won't be calling or using Christian Brothers again.

Dave H was an outstanding person that came to our home for the water heater issue. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk with and did not push me in any way. Dave made it easy to understand and took the time to let me think about the options before making my decision. No pressure whatsoever, just super professional. I will stay Christian Brothers for all my needs going forward based on my service from Dave!

Mario did a great job today. Found an unsafe electrical insulation issue that would have become potentially dangerous. Prompt repair.

Mario from Christian Brothers was patient and thorough. He answered all our questions and had a good knowledge of the air conditioning systems in our house.

Mario has been to our home twice each time he has been professional considerate courteous and knowledgeable. Anytime he comes over we are confident that the work will be done and it will be quality work. I like Maria a lot because he laughs at my jokes even though they’re not funny. Our reviews late and we apologize for that but he should get to darts because you’ve been to our home twice and I have neglected to tell you what a great job he does

George came over to check our HVAC system that we had problems with for the past 7-months. George was very friendly with a big smile, He checked the unit and told us what the problems were. He said we were under warranty for a blower motor and replaced it. George was hyper-friendly, took the time to explain to a lay HVAC person what the problem was, and what our options were going forward. My wife and I are very fortunate to have had Christian Brothers send George to our rescue. George is courteous, friendly, charming, but above all he competent. I called them and told them exactly what I needed. A simple motor replacement for an ac condenser. (rescue motor)They could not quote me a price over the phone. I paid 70.00 for a service call before they quoted me 900.00 for a part. (not installed) I got from another vendor for 350.00 installed. They man that Christion Brothers sent did absolutely nothing but quote a price quote , never even inspected the unit never applied a single tool. I knew better than to pay 900.00 for a 200.00 motor. Christian Brothers is name only! Do not trust these people. They are rip-offs and thieves. heck the Revdex.com they are not listed. I can't help but wonder why? At any rate ac fixed call *** and avoid the CB brothers unless you enjoy a good pooning. This company truly ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I had been with another air-conditioning company for a good 10 years. We had a service contract with them but every time they came to provide service they were always costs involved. After their last visit and their estimate on the cost we would need to do repairs -we decided to call Christian Brothers for a second opinion.
They processed our request for a visit very quickly and *** came to represent Christian Bros. After he evaluated our air conditioner and heat pump he found that no repairs were necessary. This is exactly what we thought and we immediately cancelled our contract with other well know company and signed a contract with Christian Bros. on that day. George was just here for our summer service.He spent a good hour evaluated our needs and although made some suggestions for the future- no repairs st this time needed. We trust *** and thus trust Christian Bros. He truly is the reason we made the change! Thx George!
