Christensen's Custom Furnishings

I paid half down for an item in September, 2019. Alex said he lost my name and contact information when I messaged him in December 2019 to get the item I ordered. I have messaged, text, called, tried to get a delivery date or a pickup address. It is now March 24th 2020. He will not answer me or given a refund. DO NOT GO THROUGH HIS COMPANY. I can see he has done this to many clients according to his Facebook page.

Business noted delivery of wood tv stand by mid- to late- February. Half payment made on January 6. Communications began to be delayed by late February. Vendor refuses to respond and has not delivered product.

2/25 We requested update. Individual responded "We just got all our cuts done today and tomorrow going to frame it up and put it together."
2/27 We requested to pick up item. No response given.
3/1 Asked again if we could schedule deliver and requested photo. Again, no response from individual.
3/3 Asked again if we could schedule delivery. No response provided.
3/4 Another text asking for response and noting we were well past completion and delivery.
3/5 Received response: "Sorry its been too freaking crazy..." and that they had started 4 new people. Noted that "had to touch up and finish it and could arrange delivery Saturday or Sunday.
3/5 We responded noting our intent was to deliver the item to its destination. Requested that we pick up on Friday. Also noted "Honestly it feels as if it isn't even started. Is that the case."
3/6 Still no response from vendor. We sent message asking for delivery on Saturday.
3/7 Due to no response from vendor, we again texted on messanger.
3/8. Still no response and requested refund.
3/9 Called vendor.
3/10 Called vendor, sent text, and sent message on messenger to indicate if no response within 24 hours we would take further action.
3/11 Called vendor one last time.
